Return and Cancellation Policies

Did the purchased auto part didn't fit your need? Don't worry Turbo Auto Parts is offering all refunds are processed within 3-7 working days once we receive and inspect returned items. After we successfully process your refund in your original form of payment, we notify you via email. The refund will be credited to the account according to a period for your bank. Here are the terms and conditions to avail refund and cancellation:

Cancellation policy

If the customer cancels the order before the order is shipped, the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and a35% restocking fee. Once the order has been shipped, there are no cancellations. We don't grant a cancellation, once the auto part leaves our garage for shipping.

No refund on shipping

The shipping charges won't be refunded. The customer will have to take responsibility for any extra shipping charges. The company stands no reliable for the cost that is spent extra on the delivery of your product. Hence when applied for a refund or return, we only refund the part's cost.

Return within 15 days

You must return the items within the specified15 days of purchase. We are not responsible for returns after 15 days and for lost/stolen packages. In case of a lost/ stolen package, file a claimagainst the shipping company.

Extra Shipping Costs

We do provide a free shipping facility. However, shipping costs are based on shipping to either a business or to the nearest freight terminal. Residential deliveries are subject to an extra charge. A 125 dollar should be paid extra as liftgate charges. For other delivery expenses such as limited access charges or any miscellaneous charges billed to us, the customer is responsible for paying these additional charges if any money is owed. These shipping costs are never refundable

Other Expenses

Turbo Auto parts assumes no responsibility to reimburse installation costs, labor charges, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or any expenses besides the purchase price.

Damaged Product

Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours. If there are any cracks or damage in the product, report within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise, Turbo Auto Parts is not liable for the damage caused through shipping. All legal litigations against Turbo Auto Parts will be held in Tampa Florida.

Warranty and CC Authorization

The warranty and cc authorization must be signed and dated before shipping. Failure to return the agreement signed and dated promptly will cause a delay in shipping. It will also void the promised warranty.

Mileage is not guaranteed

Turbo Auto Parts is a parts-locating company and does not guarantee mileage, or the condition of the part being ordered. With our collaboration with 5000+ junkyards around the U.S., we bring to you reasonably used engines and transmissions. Even though we test and ensure the quality of each piece, we don't guarantee mileage.

Shipping Damages

Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours. Upon receiving the product, inspect them thoroughly for damaged or missing parts. We only ship good-conditioned engines and transmissions. So, any kind of damages that have been caused by shipping could be handled with a claim against the shipping company. Our company is not responsible for shipping damages. If there are shipping damages, a claim will be filed with the shipper.

How to file a refund request?

Contact us at our customer care number. Our customer care representative will help you file a refund request. You can also log in to our website, and apply for a refund by entering your order number and other details about the product. Upload photos of non-fitting or damaged auto parts and forward your refund request.
