Range of warranties

Firstly, we offer a FREE nine-month warranty, which can be applied without having to pay a dime. You get a 9-month warranty on purchased items in any category. Secondly, we have a range of extended warranties, which will incur some costs. You can upgrade to a one year warranty on all purchased items by paying as low as an additional 5% of the product cost. It also offers warranty cover for 10,000 miles, whichever is later. In addition, you can upgrade for a 2-year, 20,000 miles (whichever is later) warranty by paying an additional 10% of the product cost. Then, you have the 3-year, 30,000 miles (whichever is later) warranty by paying 15% of the product cost. By paying an additional 20% of the product cost, you get a 5-year, 50,000 miles (whichever is later) warranty, which is the maximum warranty period at Turbo Autoparts.

How can I claim my warranty?

In order to be eligible to claim a warranty, your claims must be within the warranty period. The customer has to return the part to us within the specified duration. Once you ship the faulty item to us, our engineers will look into it and try to repair the component. If the item has been ruined to irreparable condition, we will consider replacing the entire component. As long as the claim is made and the item is returned to us within the warranty period, there is no issue with repairing or replacing the component. All items purchased at Auto Turboparts come with free as well as extendable warranties.

Free shipping & replacement

Product replacement and shipping are made entirely free by us. Nevertheless, the costs incurred while shipping the repaired part to us have to be borne by the customer. We will cover the shipping costs when returning the repaired item or replacement to your doorstep. Similarly, the costs of replacing the faulty item are borne by us. Nevertheless, we will not cover the installation costs, repair charges, towing expenses, or any of the additional expenses involved. In case of cashback, we strongly recommend customers to test out the product as quickly as possible. We put the same emphasis on claiming and returning faulty components within the specified warranty period. We are not obliged to help with warranties, if the terms and conditions are not met duly by the customer.

You MUST register your car part within 10 days of purchase to get a warranty. Also, the parts must returned by the customer within the warranty period. Importantly, we repair and send back faulty car parts. If need be, we will replace them. Customers need to bear the shipping costs while returning car parts to us. We will cover shipping costs while sending a repaired item or replacement.

We only cover the product costs when claiming warranties. It doesn't extend to mechanic fees, towing charges, or any of the miscellaneous costs.

Before returning the products, you must share proof of inherent repairs and damages. We do not take responsibility for installation failures.
