How to file a refund request?

  • Contact our customer care representatives to file a refund request.
  • Our customer help service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hours.
  • Alternatively, you can do it by logging in on our website.
  • Enter your order number and other details for the products you want to return.
  • Upload photos of damaged or non-fitting auto parts and forward your request.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed within 3-7 working days once we receive and inspect returned items. After we sucessfully process your refund in your original form of payment, we notify via email. It takes a period for your bank or other institution to credit money back to your account.

  • You must return the items within the specified 15 days of purchase. We are not responsible for returns after the 15 days and for lost/stolen packages. Respective shipping companies process the Lost/Stolen package claims.
  • Turbo Autoparts assumes no responsibility to re-imburse installation costs, labor charges,towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or any expenses besides the purchase price.
