Ford Truck Six: The 4.9 L overhead-vale I6 generated horsepower of 150 hp. The engine returned a compression ratio of 8:8:1. High reliability and a less torquey nature define this engine. Ford later replaced the engine with the Ford Essex V6 for the redesigned E-150 and E-250. Ford Triton V8: The Ford Triton V8 powered the E-250 models from 2003 to 2014. For the Ford E Series, they used the 4.6 L 2-valve V8 and 5.4 L 2-valve V8. With a displacement of 4.6 L, the Ford Triton V8 pulled 231 horses and 397 Nm of torque. With a displacement of 5.4 L, it pumped out 260 horses and 475 Nm of torque. Besides the Ford E-350, the Ford Triton powers the E-250 from 2003 to 2014 and the E-450 from 2008 to 2016.

Ford Triton V10: E-350 used the 6.8 L 2-valve engine from 1997 to 2019.
